Gmail通訊錄匯入方式

1.請先至"分享區/一般文件"下載"104director.csv"檔(已預設好欄位、格式，匯入前請勿修改)

2.(新版界面)登入個人Gmail帳戶後，點選左側"通訊錄";

*登入預設若為舊版介面，可以直接跳至第5點*

3.(新版界面)點選"匯入"

4.(新版界面)點選"前往舊版聯絡人"

5.點選"匯入通訊錄"

6. step1.選擇檔案->您已下載之"104director.csv"

step2.點選"匯入"

7.完成畫面如下

Google 雲端硬碟使用說明

1.首先您須先登入您的g-mail帳戶，然後會收到一封協同合作的邀請信件，請點選"開啟"

2.然後點選下右上角"新增至雲端硬碟"

3.點選右上角"在雲端硬碟中開啟"

4.完成以上步驟，即可上傳、下載分享。

20150413、14清晨斷線說明

4/13(一)早上斷線，機房D-link3426當機，重啟。當日校內連線正常。
4/14(二)早上再次斷線，機房D-link3426當機，重啟。並查詢校內連線紀錄，發現e化教室電腦
             流量異常，且有不正常DNS查詢紀錄。
處理方法:
研判該機中毒，撤下該機，進行還原。並啟動備用機，暫供e化教室教學用。

後續:
4/15(三)連線正常，無斷線情形。

20150313斷線說明

緣由:前3/11(三)早上有短暫斷線。
事件:3/12(四)早上即全校斷線。
初步判斷:因D-link3426 Switch拔除電源，進行重新開機，網路短暫會恢復正常。
                 初步判斷為區域網路中，有電腦中毒。大量發送封包，導致D-link3426當機。
處理過程:1.在機房端分區斷線，找出造成全校斷線電腦或資訊設備來源為(B棟前段，也就
                    是301、302、401、402、601、602、2樓D-link與asus無線AP)，因第3-4節有課，
                    故保持該網段斷線。
                 2.午休將該網段分樓層斷線處理，發現原因不在上述資訊設備。轉向處理3個樓層廣
                    道間，最後發現1樓廣道間內有1只光纖轉換器燈號異常，更換備品後，全校網路
                    恢復正常。當日下午1:26事件處理完畢。

更換之轉換器

dns 代管後，自動取得ip電腦

(1)dhcp 須設定自動取得dns指向163.26.200.1
(2)service isc-dhcp-server restart
